Cancellation Policy / Change of Mind
You can email ralikscreations@outlook.com to request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase if it has not been created (for personalised orders) or shipped within that period. If you have accidentally misspelled a name in your order, please email ralikscreations@outlook.com as soon as possible to have your order updated if it has not yet been created.
Returns/Exchanges
Raliks Creations will not accept exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or incorrect details provided. In the event that you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will replace the item and cover return shipping costs.

Raliks Creations will accept returns and offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty within 7 days of receiving your delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to ralikscreations@outlook.com with "faulty item" in the subject line. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We take great care to ensure that your package arrives safely; however, in the rare case that your item is damaged or goes missing, we are not held responsible once it leaves our care.

Please note: As many of our products are made from natural wood, you will notice variations in grain patterns and finishes. Slight burn marks or imperfections may appear. These are an unavoidable part of the process and add to the charm of handmade items. We’ve made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we can’t guarantee that the colours you see on your screen will be an exact match, as displays and monitor settings can vary. By purchasing, you acknowledge this, and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
